consultation call. I’ll use our time together to dig deep into the kind of vacation you need right now, so I can tailor your itinerary to you—and answer any questions you have.

Designing Your Journey
Once you take care of the Planning Cost, I’ll
begin working with my travel partners to craft your trip proposal. I’ll share this with you, collect your feedback, and incorporate it to finalize your itinerary, as needed.

Managing Your Bookings
Once I receive your sign off on your itinerary,
I’ll work behind the scenes to book and manage the major components of your trip—including your hotel stays, private transfers, excursions and special experiences, and more.

Make Your Escape!
I’ll make sure you’re fully prepped for your trip
with your itinerary and travel documents accessible by app. If you run into any hiccups while you travel, either myself or my in-destination partners will respond swiftly to help.

Do you charge for your design services?
I ask for a Planning Fee before I begin designing your itinerary; this cost covers my time spent researching your itinerary, booking your full trip, and providing support through your travels, as well as extending access to my exclusive travel partners.
The Planning Fee varies depending on the complexity of your trip, and so I’ll share the exact fee with you after our complimentary consultation call together—so you can decide whether to move forward with my design services.

Can you tell me more about possible perks and upgrades?
Happy to! My agency is a preferred partner with a host of luxury hotel and travel programs, and my clients get to reap the benefits of these partnerships. For example, Authentic Travel Design is affiliated with Virtuoso, an invite-only consortia of the top luxury travel brands across the globe, through my host agency Gifted Travel Network.
